Ireland, IOM, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg & Netherlands: Limited weight delivery service. We can ship up to 30kg. eg. wallpaper, garden lights etc.

Delivery will always be shown in the basket before you checkout. If you enter your delivery area in the checkout, exact delivery options will be updated therefore the price you see is the price you pay. 

All our products can be reserved online and collect either in our Liverpool store or from our distribution center in Bootle. Most goods will be available to collect within days however some items may take a little longer and normal lead times will be advised on product pages. We will contact you by email to advise when your goods are ready to collect.

Delivery starts from £3.50 for small items such as single paint brushes, parcel tapes and other small items.

Most products can be shipped for £5.95 by our national courier however large baskets or heavy items such as furniture and bathrooms will incur a higher charge.

Delivery to Ireland and Europe will be charged dependent on the country however this will shown in the basket before you checkout.

SHOP ONLINE DELIVERY DETAILS

Our standard delivery service operates between 7.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be notified of your order being dispatched via email, usually within 5 working days of the order being placed.

We aim to deliver most items within 7 working days of an order being placed. Some products have an extended delivery time as they are delivered direct from the manufacturer and the estimated delivery time for these items will be indicated on the product description.

Delivery starts from as little as £3.50 for smaller items. We keep delivery to an absolute minimum, however large or heavy items may attract a higher charge. Your total delivery charge can be seen in the basket once you are ready to proceed to checkout. Simply input your postcode into the "Estimate delivery" box and your delivery options will be available in the delivery dropdown box.

Channel Islands/BFPO Addresses - At this time we regret that we do not deliver to these addresses

For most standard delivery items, an email will be sent at point of despatch which will contain tracking information for your consignment. If you do not receive this email, this will most likely mean that your items are being sent direct from the supplier. A delivery attempt will be made within the lead times advised on the product description. If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, a further delivery attempt will be made on the next available working day. A card will also be left with the couriers contact details, should you wish to arrange a more convenient day.
