  | Delivery ChargesDelivery charges are based on the weight & cubic volume of baskets. Exact delivery charges will always be shown in the basket, simply choose the cheapest delivery option available for your delivery area. Delivery estimates: (UK Mainland standard delivery) Most items can be shipped for just £5.95 however a large number of items in your basket may incur a higher charge if we require to send extra consignments.Bulky items such as doors, garden furniture and complete bathrooms will incur a higher delivery charge however this will never exceed £50. Add these items to your basket for delivery charges Due to having our own fleet of delivery vans, deliveries to postcodes L1-36, CH41-63 & WA8 can take advantage of a capped delivery charge of £5.95 for all orders regardless of size. Some exceptions may apply but this will be advised on the product. Julian Bowen furniture is delivered directly from the supplier and a preferred delivery date can be selected for these orders. Shipping starts from £25 and increases £5 for every item added to the basket however large orders have delivery discounts available so please contact us for more details. Deliveries to Ireland and Europe will incur slight increases in delivery charges. Delivery Timescales:Dispatch times are estimated on each product however we attempt to dispatch all items within 3 days of receiving your order. As we sometimes have to order your items in from suppliers this is not always possible. Delivery Couriers:All our deliveries must be signed for however if you are not available when the delivery is attempted a card will be left with further information on. We use DPD for the majority of our deliveries that can be carried by one man. DPD will contact you via e-mail or text message (if you have provided a mobile phone number) to advise of a next working day delivery. On the morning of your delivery you will receive a further message to confirm which hour the delivery will be made. If you choose local delivery, you will be contacted by our transport manager to arrange a suitable delivery date for your order. For heavier or larger individual items (not baskets), usually over 30kg, we will use City link to deliver your items and you will receive an email the day before delivery. Sometimes it may be better for us to send your items directly from the supplier. In these cases you will be advised by email from ourselves and contact by the supplier to arrange delivery.
