Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and fully expect this to be the case for everything you buy.

If for any reason you are not happy with any of the products you have bought, we will provide a full refund of the product value and the delivery charge for that product, no quibbles, no fuss!

All we ask is;

• The product is returned in it's original packaging, has not been used and is in a condition fit to re-sell.
  
• You inform us in writing (email) within 7 days of receiving your items.
  

The cost of returning an unwanted item is the responsibility of the customer however we can arrange for a collection if required at a charge that will be deducted from your refund.  Please contact us for details.
